First Action Systems offers complete water control coating
solutions for new residential and commercial construction. Our
spray-application rubber polymer waterproofing is field-proven in
over 100,000 applications over 10 years, and has been used
worldwide, from apartment buildings in Shenzhen, China to the CERN
Nuclear Research Facility in Lausanne, Switzerland and thousands
of sites throughout the United States and Canada. The process is
guaranteed for the life of new residential buildings and for 25
years in commercial foundations.
Rub-R-WallŪ
Waterproofing
Available as a heat spray-applied (one component) foundation
waterproofing for new residential and commercial construction.
This coating is used in environments where insulation board
(additional R-Value) is required or extremely high water tables
require drainage panels to be incorporated for hydrostatic-head
(water pressure) relief off of the walls. The "tack" (the
sticky characteristic) is built into the product so that no mechanical
fasteners that may damage or puncture the membrane are required to
adhere the panels to the Rub-R-Wall. The panels are simply pressed against the membrane and the Rub-R-Wall "grabs" the
board to itself where it dries as an integral part of the system.
Backfill required for UV protection within 2 weeks.
Rub-R-WallŪ Plus Waterproofing
Available as a heat spray-applied (one component) foundation
waterproofing for new
residential and commercial construction. Rub-R-Wall Plus does not
require a board backing. This product is used in
environments where a
spray-only waterproofing is required. Backfill required within 5 weeks.
Rub-R-WallŪ
CG Waterproofing
Our commercial-grade waterproofing is available as a heat spray-applied (one component) foundation
coating for new
commercial construction. This product is used in environments
where insulation board
(additional R-Value) is required or extremely high water tables
require drainage panels
to be incorporated for hydrostatic-head (water pressure) relief
off of the walls. The "tack" (the sticky characteristic)
is built into the product so that no
mechanical fasteners that
may damage or puncture the membrane are required to adhere the
panels to the Rub-R-Wall.
The applicator simply presses the panels against the membrane and
the Rub-R-Wall
"grabs" the board to itself where it dries as an integral part of
the system. Backfill is required for UV protection
within 2 weeks.
Rub-R-WallŪ CG Plus Waterproofing
Available as a heat spray-applied (one component) foundation
waterproofing for new
commercial construction. Rub-R-Wall Plus does not require a board
backing and is suitable for environments where a spray-only
waterproofing is required. Designed to withstand impact from
backfill and gravel shooters. Backfill required within 5 weeks.
HDR-4000
A highly elastic, extremely tough, all-rubber industrial maintenance coating
warranted against significant deterioration for 10 years. HDR 4000
is formulated to adhere to most surfaces (SLH primer extends its
use to harder-to-bond applications), UV and chemical resistant,
seamless, and the most cost-effective waterproofing coating for
many tough jobs, including:
 | Marine environments where metals, concrete and foamed
polystyrene exposed to fresh and salt water immersion.
|
 | Containment waterproofing for slurry pits, elevator shafts
and containment dikes.
|
 | Foundations where the toughest membrane is required or where
long-term exposure to UV is anticipated.
|
 | Above-Grade Masonry as a waterproof exterior finish for
porous masonry structures.
|
 | Systems in conjunction with geo-textile fabrics for tough,
field-applied, seamless liners for ponds, irrigation ditches,
etc.
|
 | Tanks and Exterior Structures as a protective coating. |
